Student Application Details

The application includes several sections for providing student and guardian information:

• Emergency Contacts: Allows parents to provide contact information for individuals who can be reached in an emergency.
• Previous School Information: Collects information about the student’s previous school, if applicable.
• Home Language Survey: Identifies the primary language spoken at home to assess if language support services are needed.
• Authorization for Release of Records: Requests permission to release the student’s records to other institutions.
• Housing Questionnaire: Collects information about the student's housing situation and preferences.
• Student Health Information: Includes relevant medical history such as allergies and pre-existing conditions.
